Program funded through 2027. Low-rate EnergyRight heat-pump financing $2,500-$20,000 available (loan, separate from the rebate); applicant must be primary account holder on the deed (eff. 1/1/2026).
Stacking
Stacks with other TVA EnergyRight measures on the SAME project (heat pump water heater, duct sealing, insulation, air sealing) for roughly $2,100 combined; one heat-pump rebate per system, not combinable with a second HP rebate on the same unit.
