Overlapping sites (disclosed): HPN operates a state site for every state plus city and county sites whose towns overlap. Requests generated only on this domain; other domains may serve the same towns under separate licenses.
What the shop gets
- The domain and every page on it
- Any homeowner request that arrives on the site is forwarded to the one shop listed
- The sourced program registry, re-checked at least quarterly
- The day-30 proof report, then the same report each month
- The town-page roster as it expands
- The market data report: counties, towns, utilities, and programs with a source and a date
- A runner-up kept as backup, with first call if the holder exits
- 12-month term, billed monthly. Renews yearly; 60 days notice of any price change before renewal.
