Minnkota Power Cooperative (ND/MN G&T wholesaler): $150 per ton installed for an air-source or mini-split heat pump, delivered through its member distribution co-ops. Air-source and mini-split units do NOT need to be part of an off-peak heating system to qualify. Ground-source is $250/ton. Downstream; ~5-ton residential ceiling.
