This is a straightforward agreement for using heatpumpnetwork.com, which is owned and operated by Heat Pump Network LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.
What this site is
heatpumpnetwork.com is an informational resource covering heat pump incentive programs, sizing, and costs, and a gateway to our local quoting storefronts and our contractor software, HPN Flex. A city license is a 12-month term. Either side can end it with 60 days' written notice by email to info@heatpumpnetwork.com. 12-month term, 60-day out. A month already started is not refunded. HPN Flex is contractor software with monthly or annual plans. It is separate from a city license and is not required to hold one.
One licensed contractor
Each city site is licensed to one contractor. A second shop is not added to the same city. A payment for a city that is already licensed is a conflict, not a sale. The later payment is cancelled and refunded in full within 24 hours. The first licensee keeps the city. The later payer is charged nothing.
Information accuracy
Incentive amounts on this site are transcribed from state and utility programs and stamped with verification dates. Programs change, funding runs out, and eligibility varies. Always verify current terms with the administering program before making a purchase decision. Federal 25C and 25D tax credits expired December 31, 2025 and are not included in anything we publish. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site at volumes that degrade it, misrepresent our data as your own, or submit forms with information about anyone but yourself without their consent.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and data compilations on this site belong to Heat Pump Network LLC. You may quote and link with attribution.
Limitation of liability
